Jelqing

Hi.

So, I was just wondering. The guide on the forums says that correct way to jelq is to go with 1st hand to the glans and then while the 1st on is still on, grab it with the 2nd one and then do the same thing. My question is, do I have to do it like this, is the point to keep the same pressure at all times?

It’s easier for me to do it with only 1 hand, plus I need to make breaks when jelqing because I tend to get harder than 70%.

You are good, don’t get too into the weeds. PE is all about feel and consistency. Right now you are developing your feel for PE, which is understanding how to approach the exercises ensuring that you are not doing anything unsafe.

Using a two hand jelq technique allows one to get a little more dynamic with controlling pressure and frequency.

If right now one hand feels right to you, then work on that.

There’s no rush in this game, so take it slow and develop your technique.

Yeah, I guess. But if the point of jelqing is to keep a pressure through all time, then I guess that’s doing the exercise incorrectly, which is bad?

I jelq with one hand as well. I do jelqing after a hanging session and jelq dry. With dry jelqing the two handed method is not possible. So I hope it is an effective method, as I’ve been doing it for over a year!
