Jelquing, Pumping, Hanging

out of the 3 which works the best? i also would like to know if Jelquing and Pumping can be Combined for more intense growth?

That depends on the person. I wouldn’t recommend pumping. Hanging is similar to streaching. Read a bit more in the faq and check out the links. My routine is based on streaching and jelquing (and kegels of course).

I pump & jelq, I have had no length gains, however it is nice to pump and then perhaps have sex a few hours later and it is like having a bigger dick, even though the next day it goes away. Whether gains are going to come in the future, I will just have to wait and see, but I would not be as dismissive about it as Angelus. There are many positives to pumping.
