I looked at both. And developed my own that I have forgotten and morphed into what I do today. I don’t think it’s that important as long as you learn to stretch and jelq and challenge the tissues. Manuals taught me everything I know about what it takes to grow a cock.
I think I started with:
5 min directional stretches
5 min jelqing
Now it’s more like
10 stretches
10 jelqs
30-40 min pumping @5.5hg
10 min edging
