Just Beginning
Sorry to be so general but I am new to the forum and a little overwhelmed with all of the information so quite simply, where should I start as a beginner to the PE process? I planned to begin with stretching then progress to jelqing.
I am not sure what my ultimate goals are but length is definitely at the top of my list initially.
Any tips you can share to a new guy would be greatly appreciated.
