Just Completed 2nd Newbie WO

I will say a trimmed southern region makes for a much more comfortable PE workout. I just completed my 2nd WO and I doing the newbie routine of warm up, stretch, wet jelq, warm down, 50 kegels.

I am wondering just how much tension should be used on the stretching and jelqing exercises? When I am done should there be any soreness or any other sensation? I don’t want to over do it, but I certainly don’t want to under do it either. Because I am not feeling any pain or fatigue at the end.

A common misconception is there must be a post-workout soreness, or fatigued feeling. There doesnt have to be. Some people get it, so dont, but you don’t need it to gain.

Stretching - enough tension for a good stretch, you dont need to try and pull your dick off.

Jelqing - enough to move blood around, and you will see the glans increase in size.

Current PE status - Contemplating Retirement. STARTED - 6.75"x5.25" CURRENTLY 7.5"x5.5" - BPFSL - 7.25"

I posted the exact same kind of thread.Minus the whole shaving thing when I started. Question for those who’ve experienced it. How did the lady take to your new hair cut? I’m curious as I’m considering it.

Thanks Slack. Since I am not experience fatigue is it really necessary to take days off?

Sytrus,

All women have different preferences when it comes to shaving down there. My experience, however, has taught me that girls generally respond better to a well groomed guy. Think about it, would you want your partner to have an untamed jungle down there? You may say yes, but I am dubious that you will. If you do decide that you want it trimmed down there, I suggest you pluck rather than shave, here’s a good link explaining why:

Bit off subject with that last post.

Transcend,
It is VERY important to take days off no matter how great your dick is feeling at the time. Rest is an essential part of making your unit grow. Just take it easy these first couple of months, get a feel for how your penis responds to the newbie routine. Once you do that, you can decide how many rest days you need, but it is highly recomended that you take at least 2 rest days per week.

I am sure you are right about taking rest days. I am going to adopt a 3 day on 1 day off strategy to begin with. I have been reading up on the ADS and AutoExt devices which seem to me will really spur growth. However, I will follow the Newbie Routine until newbie gains are exhausted.

After completing 6 newbie workouts I am beginning to get a better feel of how the exercises work for me. However, I would be interested in learning more about the intensity level required to achieve growth. I have learned that my member is considerably tougher than I would have originally imagined. On a scale of 1 - 10 (10 being maximum) what number would you assign to resistance level on manual stretching and also on jelqing?
