Just finished my first exercise
I just finished my first exercie, I soaked for 5 minutes in hot water, then did the stretch, pulled down, up to the right, to the left, down right, up right, down left, up left, then I did about 225 jelq’s around 80% with the O design and the others with the overhand. Then I soaked for another 5 but I couldn’t quite get the kelges to work?? I know the feeling when you hold it in when you piss but how do you exercise it, any comments or ways I can improve let me know, I had the donut effect for a while while doing the jelqs but after the exercises I really don’t feel anything now, Should I??
