I am very glad that I stumbled upon this place amongst my aimless “google” searches for, well, you get the point. Anyway, I am a newbie to PE, and I have already started the ‘newbie routine’, any suggestions or comments are always welcome. I am looking forward to the gains that have yet to come. My goal is to gain some growth (maybe one inch in a year or something) in both length and girth. I am 18, bound for college soon :-P (I haven’t figured out this whole smiley face thing yet, I’m a newb with computers also).

P.s. Should I just do the exercises, or include pills as well? This other site said that “explosive gains” can only be achieved by taking their brand of stuff along with the exercises. Cheap sales pitch perhaps?

Clyde welcome to Thunders! You will find all the information you need right here and make sure you read ALL you can find. Use the search engine when you have questions and if you cant find it there then post it in a thread. As far as pills, lotions, creams, and snake oil, well they are ALL bullshit! Do a search for penis pills and you will find many posts for whatever brand they are selling and as of now I have never heard of anyone gaining from any pill. Good luck and be patient and careful.

By the way, welcome to the forum MrClyde. I understand being newbie (like me) is always curious about everything. 7 x 6 EG is perfect!

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

Good luck mate. One thing though, take good clear measured photos of your dick now, so that in a years time when it is bigger, you have evidence of that for all time. No-one needs to see them except you, but they’ll be great motivation for you.

Forget pills, they do nothing. Keep with the exercises.

Welcome Clyde, I agree with all of the above. Just follow the newbie routine for a while and then start customizing it to your needs. You will have to find out what works best for you and gives you the most gains. In my opinion, there are just a few things that you need to remember. First and formost, always warm up. It gets your dick ready for the high pressures that you are putting on it. Remember the two P’s.
Patience and perserverance. This kind of thing does not happen over night and you need to be really patient.

Thanks everyone for the advice. I’m just gonna stick with the routine for now. I have a newbie question though. I was reading on another site that said when doing the manual stretches I should be hard instead of flaccid. Is that true?

Btw Sizemeister, It took me about a week’s worth of research (I.e. “Googling”) to find this place. Good thing too, I was considering wasting $250 on some bogus pills.

There are some decent threads here about being in college and doing PE. Depending on your situation, getting some privacy can be a pain in the ass.

Welcome MrClyde!This is a great forum.Listen to the vets and be careful starting out.A big broke dick is still a broke dick.Believe these guys when they tell you,pills and stuff just don’t work.And in answer to your question ,my NBPEL is only an 1/8 larger than my girth,so it’s not too uncommon.Good luck!
