PE Newb would love some advice

Hello all!

I was very excited when I found this site. I hope I can benefit from the wisdom that some of the more seasoned guys have.

I have decided to start PE, and would love to hear suggestions on the plan I will descibe below, for acheiving the goals that I describe below.

Starting Stats:
BPEL: 6.0”
EG: 5.0”

Goals:
BPEL: 7.0”
EG: 6.0”

I would like to acheive the above goals with the constraint that I want to do it safely and preserve, as much as possible, the appearance of my penis.
Right now, my girth is constant all along the shaft from the base to the head, and my penis is straight.
I would like to keep my penis as close to this as possible, while growing it. Also, flaccid size does not matter to me.

This is my tentative plan for growth:

Repeat the following 5 days a week (3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off)

1. Soak in a hot tub for 10 minutes (to warm up my unit).
2. While still in tub, do 2 sets of stretches.
a. For each set, pull 30 seconds to the right, left, and straight ahead, while kegeling.
3. While still in tub, do 3 squeezes.
a. For each squeeze, obtain a full erection, then squeeze at the base while kegeling hard and hold for 30 seconds.
4. Get out of tub, lube unit, and jelq for 15 minutes at roughly 75% erection.

Like I said above, I want to do this safely and preserve the nice appearance of my penis as much as possible.
I will sacrifice my rate of growth for this. I’m not trying to set any speed records here.
