Burst capillaries. Don’t worry, this is pretty normal. It means you are being too intense. Just tone it down a bit. They will go away in a day or two.

I got these when I was new to jelqing. Don’t worry, you haven’t done any harm and they stopped showing up for me after I had some experience under my belt.

I still get them when I switch my routine up, or when I come off a break. I take them as a positive indicator that I’m doing things right (to some extent).

I dont think I’ve ever had them. Weird.

Be carefull that those spots aren’t TOO big, that means you’ve just injured yourself and need some time off. But tiny specs just mean your doing it to the limits of intensity that you can take right now.
