So I’ve been reading on this site for the past couple of days maybe a total of 6 hours or so and I’m no sure what to think I’ve been jelqing and streching and doing sadsak slink in hopes to get some gains on girth. Just wanted to say hi and hope you all can wish me good luck.

Also I wanted to know if you think my work out is good enough for my goal and how long you think it will take to reach my goal acording to this workout?

Hi slyguy707070, and welcome.

Gaining 1.5” in length is common. 1.75” in girth is less common. It seems to be genetic whether you gain easily in lenght, girth or both. I got 1” in length from 5min stretch per day in 3 months (see my signature) — I can recommend that you search on “LDP” stretches. I’ve gotten little in girth. But search on posts by Big Girtha, he’s gotten about 2” in girth, the lucky bastard.

Click on “PE Data Site,” then click “View all the data” for inspiration.

It’s impossible for anyone here to predict how your unit will react. If it does respond to PE, your routine should be sufficient for the first 2-3 months. Once you plateau, you can start experimenting with other techniques.


Start: 6.3 x 5.2 (Feb '05)

Now: 7.9 x 5.65 (gain 1.6 x 0.45) - SFL 8.6"

Goal: 8.5 x 6.0 - Currently trying: handclamp squeeze, O-bends. My data - Progress log

I also read on another post that the smaller the penis the chances are higher that I’m going to grow faster or something. Wow that only took you like 10 mins to resopond to me. I think I’m going to like it here. And ya ill look up LDP streches. I have another question that doesnt really have to do w/ anyhting, but how do you get a picture on the side of ur comment box?

Welcome sly,

The best bet is to stick with the newbie routine for the first month and then work up from there. It allows you to condition your friend without too much risk of damaging it. Make sure you read the threads mentioned at the top of the newbie forum and don’t push too hard initally.

I wouldn’t do the Sadsak Slinkys just yet thought, they are an advanced exercise, and shouldn’t be done until your penis is “conditioned”
