Just stretching bad
I tried PEing about a year back and I didn’t stick with it. Now I decided to give it another shot. I’ve been going at it for about 3 weeks now and the routine I follow is:
5 minutes warm up using hot water
Started with 5 minutes for stretching (2 sets of 5 0:30 second stretches, one up, down, left, right, and straight out)
25 kegels
5 minute warm down using hot water
I am now up to 11 minutes of stretches (3 sets of 5 0:45 second stretches), and 50 kegels, the kegels for a while were hard for me to do but has since become much easier and also led to very hard erections. I haven’t done any jelqs because I didn’t feel comfortable with doing them at first. I did a quick search and found that seems to be the jelq are the staple of PE. I just don’t want to rush in on doing 200 jelqs and messing up my unit due to a lack of knowledge or strength, in my penis that is. Now is it bad if I start off with just kegels and stretches and bring in the jelqs slowly or is PE pointless without jelqs?
