Just wondering if this is a good routine
Hi I have been using sizegenetics for about 6 months, I have just started hanging using the bib hanger.
I hang 5lbs BTC for 3-4 hours a day, I still use the extender for about 3 hrs a day @ 2000g and do manual stretches and jelq for 20mins x 3 or 4 times a day. Also take 3x 5grams of larginine and vitamin E, B and omega 3/6/9 Do you think this routine will get results want to get to 8x6 currently 6.3x5. NBP
Any advise would be good. Only take rest days when I feel he is too tired but still try to hang for a least 30 mins. I will up the weights every 2 weeks adding an extra half kg.
