Kegal Question

When you Kegal is it best to be soft or erect? I find when soft its like im pushing into nothing yet when erect I can really feel the muscle?

It should make no difference, but do it the way that feels best for you. Just changing my posture or crossing my legs makes me feel it differently, so I choose a position where I can feel it most strongly.
