Kegal Question
So after a half hour of searching this site I’m still pretty confused about doing kegals. What I have been doing for them is something I learned off a pay site years ago, and that is to work up a full erection and hold the penis down, while squeezing as hard as I can to bring it up. I usually do 10 second holds for 12 reps or so for 2 - 4 sets, about twice a week, is this what I should be doing? Am I even doing the exercise correctly?
