Kegal Video and more.
Hi,
I am new to PE and also new to this site (forum). Just about an hour ago I started the Newbie Routine. I stopped halfway through the jelqing. I wasn’t sure if I was doing it right (even though I was watching the video) and I didn’t know what a regal was. I came across a definition but I need a visual. Is there a kegal video out there? I couldn’t find one. I also stopped because I became skepical.. So, I tried find proof that this actually works in the “Member Pics” forum. There really weren’t any before and after pics, but there were some pictures that shifted me into the legit boundry. I have researched PE and most of the sites said they are all hoaxes. Except for ‘excercises.’ They couldn’t say that the exercises didn’t work or that they actually could work. The only way to prove it to myself is to try it myself. I am going to try it and take some pictures and get correct measurements. I just want to start off on the right foot. It seems to work for everyone else and some of the pictures show proof of that (if they weren’t altered with Photoshop, but you usually can tell). It seems as if this is really time consuming and takes great commitment to achieve your desired length. The videos have really helped me to understand how to perform the exercises, but I guess I’m alittle scared that I won’t do it right and end up not being able to do PE exercises. I have some questions: Do you have to be flaccid when you perform the manual streches? Is the length you achieve permanent? When can you excuse the Newbie Routine and go to more experienced exercises? What are the experienced exercises?
