Kegel?

I know this question has probably been asked before but do you squeeze your pc muscle with your fingers while doing a kegel?

A kegel is the contraction of the PC muscle.

What is the PC muscle or where I can see it you are probably about to ask.

Well you can’t see it but I will tell you this from what I have understand: the way I feel it a kegel is a contraction on the base of penis shaft and a bit inside the body from that spot that stops the flow when pissing, although you could have or do this contraction also when you do not pee and this is what you should do.

amok,thanks for the reply,its just that i want to move on to the dld blasters and on the explanation of the excercise it says do a “pc sqeeze(kegel)”.Are these two excecises the same thing?

A kegel is the contraction of the PC muscle (ie a PC squeeze). As amok points out the way to locate it is to piss and try to stop the flow. The muscle stopping the flow is the PC muscle. There is no involvement from the hands but holding the hand under the scrotum in the area between the base of the penis and the anus can help you understand the contraction process.
