Kegels and loosing gains?
Hello All,
My post is concerning doing kegals. In the past I did them with fantastic results for erection strength and sexual stamina, and I noticed that when I would do something like lets say edging, it would help me last longer and balloon to a larger size. But it seems as though doing them might somehow pull your penis back into your body and shorten it.. I’m not ok with that, I’ve fought hard to make my 5.5 inch dick around 7 inches and I hate this. I was wondering if reverse kegels would help mitigate this?
