Kegels and PE Muscle- discomfort

Hi I have done PE for a little over a week and I feel sore/feel uncomfortable around my PE muscle area? It lasts the whole day.is this ‘soreness’ and anyone else feel this after doing PE for their first time? First few times?

Just curious?? Any input?

Can someone PLEASE reply?

What exactly is this PE muscle? You mean PC?

The PC muscle can be weak at the beginning so it can hurt.. But like some damage during Jelqing.. Just take a day or two break and it should heal..

This is what people said when I read about Kegels.. But I didn’t notice any sort of stuff myself, it didn’t hurt at all

I don’t feel no discomfort around nowhere anymore, even after an hour of extreme clamping. But the first days of my PE experience, actually the first few months, were much harder.

You are doing things to your penis that you haven’t done in your life before.. So you need a lot of time for the adaptation process.

Just take it easy, and go on persistently.

Relax, most members here have a normal life aside from Thunders. They have a job or go to school, have a girlfriend/wife, possibly children, hobbies etc. They can’t be here all the time to answer your question. Next time wait at least 24 hours.

True that your penile tissue and BC muscles can get sore during the initial days. Firstly, they are not used to the strain and secondly, you could have over done it. Lets hear about your routine and we’ll take it from there .
