Starting PE...What are Kegels??
I’m going to start PE tommorow (or tonight perhaps) but I have a question about the newbie routine:
5 min hot wrap
5 min manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 min of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 min hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each
What are kegels? What is the best way to do them? I can’t find any information about them anywhere around here.
Hopefully this works out well. I’m still little off-put by the jelqs. I watched the videos and it seems somewhat painful/dangerous.
Are we supposed to post our starting stats anywhere? I don’t have any measuring tape, so I don’t know my exact dimensions, but I do know I’m a little over 7 inches in length and about 5.5 in girth (when fully erect). My biggest goal is increase in flacid penis size; I’m VERY much a grower. I don’t really want huge gains for my erect size, my goal is just to get to 8 inches there. Also, how are we supposed to measure flacid penis size? It varies so much for me…doesn’t seem realistic to have one set number.
