kegels short fuse
I’ve been doing kegels and for a while i was experiencing a higher erection quality and seemed to be developing some pretty nice staying power (I only tried with edging but that was nice). Now, my EQ has gone down and I’m experiencing a short fuse issue where I’m getting closer to cumming much more quickly than I did before.
Should I try to amp up the routine and do more kegels so I can get that harder hard-on back? Or is this just a normal phase in a kegel routine that you just need to keep working through? Like you’re a little more limp and cum quicker for a couple of weeks but you keep on with kegeling and then you go back to the enhanced dick features?
