Lack of sleep quality and PI

I have sleeping disorders which I am trying to fix and my question is: Would this affect PI and results from PE? Considering healing is boosted at deep sleep (REM) it should at least affect recovery. Also the morning erection from what I v read happens during the deep phases of sleep which I have trouble getting into so I am in doubt if either this important PI is missing from bad routine or just lack of sleep.

Either way I am going to take a break from PE for 5 or so days just to be sure I am not overdoing it.

I have little time to sleep plus similar sleeping problems, and I’ve been PEing since mid-late November. I’ve found out that we do have different recovery times than most others.

The obvious thing I’ve found is that people like us injure a bit more easily (or, a better word would be overwork), you’ll want to take more rest days than whatever your routine calls for, in the beginning I had to go 1 day on/2 days off until I could take the intensity of a 1 day on/1 day off routine which I moved into after over a month. Now I’m trying to go into 2 days on/1 day off and I’m feeling that I may be overdoing it a bit.

As a little background, I get maybe 4-5 hours of uninterrupted sleep/day if I’m lucky (about 3 days/week). I usually sleep only 2-3 hours 4 days a week. On vacation weeks I pretty much hibernate (12+ hours of sleep per day, interrupted every 3 hours or so for food/etc) since my body’s beat from working out 3x a week without sleeping enough. (I know this sleep pattern isn’t healthy)
