Can you be more specific? Are you saying that the leg stretcher actually stretched your penile tissue or just that the mechanism worked in a similar way? Or that your leg stretcher loosened up the penile tissue? A bit confused on what exactly is happening here.

Did you stretch your 3rd leg, jk.

I used to do a martial art called Brazilian jujitsu, one of the 4 usual key foundations of typical mixed martial arts techniques, and for that sport, some of the techniques required a high degree of flexibility. Because I was really inflexible when I started I bought a machine called a leg stretcher that you sit in with either leg on a support, a little like the bed they use for lethal injections I suppose. While seated, legs on the support arms, you turn a wheel and it cranks your legs apart, and over the years I built up so I could get my legs way past the 180 degree split mark. I’ve lost some of the flexability due to stopping the training, I’ve maintained about 60% of it at a guess - also like PE I’ve been led to believe.

My wife needs round the clock care for a condition I won’t bore you with, but because of her needs I had to quit my bjj training so gave up stretching. Until about a month ago when I thought I’ll get back into stretching as it always made me feel relaxed after, go small I thought.. So I bought a cock stretcher😭. For the first couple of weeks I’m scared to death of my cock stretcher and very slowly build up the extension as I was worried my cock would literally snap.

The book I learnt about the principles of muscle/tendon stretching was ‘Stretching Scientifically’ written by a Russian scientist called Thomas Kurz it is probably 30 plus year old and can probably be bought online download version for peanuts, but it’s very well written for the layman to understand what is happening in the brain and body when you stretch, well, anything on your body really.

In summary what I use is: notice the tension, tighten muscles around the tense area hold for 30 seconds there by slightly increasing tension, then relax muscles, it’s a great technique for going past stretch limits as ( I’m rusty on the topic now as I haven’t read the book in years) but it in some way tricks the neural feed back loop that re-regulates the current max tension setting of your mind muscle/tendons. And, again like when I used my (real) leg stretcher, I keep a hotwater bottle on my groin.

Warm up exercises for cock, hot water bottle on cock for 5 minutes, more light cock stretching with hand, cock in stretcher, replace hot water bottle on groin, slowly crank cock, wait for tension, squeeze muscles around the tensed area for 30 seconds, if still not relaxed repeat up to 5 times of 30 seconds each. If the tension still hasn’t greatly subsided, I learnt from experience it’s very wise to stop for the day. But, the technique was gold for my leg flexability and I became easily the most flexible guy in the gym, although it didn’t prevent me from being tapped out in bjj, unfortunately.

So I’m using the same principles while using my cock stretcher, but I will take one for science and do the splits in the machine and then apply my cock stretcher to max setting. It may work, it could be like not noticing an itch on your balls if someone set your legs on fire, in a good way, of course.

The flexability theories I used for stretching to enable the more flexability type techniques of many martial arts are now being used to turn my cock into Bruce Lee.🤣 I really don’t know what is usual for PE newbs, but I’ve gained 3cm or 1.3 inches on my bone pressed flaccid, taking me from just under average to over an inch over the meta-analysis of objectively measured by researcher BPF penis size. Then I applied the discussed technique for 10 minutes, stretched it out to a 7.1 inch BPSF and there was more, but I always err on the side of caution when stretching as it’s a marathon and not a sprint. If you beat a personal best, stop right there and rest a day before going back to stretching.

I forgot to say earlier that the muscle squeezes around the tension spot, fatigue the muscle and tendon by regulating something called the ‘Golgi Tendon Organ’ and controlling that sucker is what brings on the most improvement in an ability to relax and stretch.

Wow, thanks for sharing. I have trained BJJ in the past and wish I had the flexibility I had as a kid while training Karate. I was able to perform full splits as a kid. My flexibility it terrible now but this inspired me to make some improvements. I can relate to the technique you describe. I had completely forgot about it until I read your description. How many rest days do you incorporate?


(06-2017):NBPEL: 6.3 MSEG: 4.8

Now: NBPEL: 6.7 MSEG: 5.9

No rest days as far as passive totally relaxed stretching goes as they are thought to facilitate recovery, not impede recovery. Now if I’d really been going for what I call static active stretching and set some bps especially for a few days in a row, then I’d listen to my body and may have a sabbatical, if I feel it would be beneficial.

The only tension I’ve felt from PE so far is in exactly the same spot as when I’m maxed out on my leg stretcher. I’ll have lost a fair bit of flexibility now, but muscle memory soon brings it all back after a couple of months.

Yeah, I miss bjj, even though I was way better at stretching than ‘rolling’. Now I’ll try and get wifey to tap out to my soon to be 8x6 - 8.5 x 6.5 Tadalafil boner.

I’ve gained almost 1.5 inch in bone pressed flaccid size in about 5 weeks and round about half that in hand stretched flaccid size. Congrats on your gains Stixman. I know exactly how you feel, I’ve never been as happy in my life🙂. I think my fast gains have to be because I retained some of my groin flexibility from memory as I haven’t stretched properly in years. I still haven’t retrived my machine leg stretcher from the attic.

I tried to give it away to a local charity shop just before crimbo but it was too strange for them and they didn’t take it - thank god, as I may need it when thing start to get tough with the PE.
