Length Routines
Hey all,
I am still somewhat early in PE and started when I was 16-17 years old with manual stuff. A lot of jelqing, some stretching, little experience with the Bath Mate and Size Genetics. I am now 20 and I question a lot about my gains. I feel like I remember a point in time when I was 5.6 inches NBPEL, but it was a long time ago so I don’t know if I naturally just grew or if my results were from occasionally doing exercises for a month or two and then stopping and restarting. I had trouble keeping up with doing them every day but now I am motivated to make some gains and am willing to spend a year or more on this project to get to 7 inches from my current 6 inches NBPEL.
I was wondering if I could get some serious input on how to target length, such as best stretches, hangers and hanging sessions, etc.
I do believe I am a hard gainer so anything would be appreciated! Thanks guys!
