Lets create a routine focused in Erection quality as priority 1. What would you do?

If we could create a routine with erection quality being total priority (and size gains only if they don’t interfere with EQ), how would it look like?

I’m thinking a light to moderate JELQ ONLY routine every other day would be ideal?! Makes sense? What would be an ideal erection % for the specific purpose of gaining EQ first?

Balanced Kegel exercises. Front and Back kegels.
Reverse Kegels(ischiocavernosus muscle) and BC Kegels(bulbospongiosus muscle).
Doing them with weights(extender/hanger/stretch) and while pumping(low intensity and/or low time)
Pumping done as in “milking the tube” to exercise the smooth muscle during light pressure.

Light jelqs.

That said. Hard exercise, but not too hard, seem to create the best EQ in response the next day for me.

I’d do prostate massage to.

A few things I’ve found that improve my EQ are;

1. Kegels
2. I take 3 supplements. Korean Ginseng, Tribulus, L arginine. I take these for about 3 or 4 weeks and then take a week off, as I find my body kind of adjusts and gets used to them, then they don’t have the same affect. A bit like how your body adjusts to drinking alcohol of you do it regularly.
3. A simple 5 to 10 minute relaxation/meditation/breathing routine seems to do it for me.
4. Get up close to a pussy! I find that if I’ve had sex then the days after my balls will hang low, penis gorged and things generally better. When I’m in a dry spell no amount of looking at porn etc, will have the same affect as the real thing.

I’m a heavy smoker and without PE, I almost never get morning wood. Combine that with junk food and no exercise. But what really has given me rock hard morning woods I can confirm now are stretches holding 2-5 minutes. I first thought that pulling harder guves me good EQ, but now I stretch less hard and over 2 minutes I get them too. Of course, stretching everyday makes worse EQ again. Just my experience what happens to me. May or may not work for you.

Then again you propably won’t need PE for better EQ. Just make sure to eat healthy and exercise. Oh, and don’t smoke, drink or use drugs.

Do some edging and reschedule your ejaculation to once a week, maybe twice.

And within ten minutes of cumming, I started to get another boner and I felt like I could go again but she’d had enough at that point. Not bad for a guy pushing 60.

This stuff really works gentlemen.

I might also add that this new routine may have triggered a growth spurt. I’m going to wait a few weeks then measure but the results so far are encouraging. My unit definitely seems bigger than normal but we’ll see for sure in a few weeks.
