Ok the tunica is a stretchable errrr.. Fibre that retains it’s shape if stretched further than usual. OK
I don’t know why we all don’t just hold our jelqs. Like get the blood in and squeeze it and hold it there so that the tunica is constantly placed under pressure rather than doing repetitions. The tunica will be constantly under pressure then and surely we will get more gains. Plus some of us won’t come one step closer to getting a thrombosis or in my case a huge doughnut effect. Sliding the hand forward over the penis creates increased pressure and is more welcoming to injuries. To pressure just build and builds and surely something has to go!!

When you jelq you will create a pressure gradient within the penis focused at the grip, whether this is enough to have any effect would be a good question. I’m not sure anyone here has done the maths.

You will also be constantly bending the tunica in a ripple up the shaft. Thinking of the way that bending most materials repeatedly will weaken their structure more than dead load or consistent pressure may help explain the effectiveness of jelqing. Then again it may not.
