Ligaments vs Tunica (Fascia?)

Ligaments vs Tunica (Fascia?)

I have been doing V-stretch for some time now, always with a completely flacid penis.

I feel “rope” like structures in the penis as I do the V-stretches. How does one differentiate what part is ligaments and what part is tunica?

Is there a typical distance that the ligaments extend from the base (top) down the shaft toward the glands? 1/2”, 1”, 2” ???

I was thinking I should concentrate more on the tunica, but am not sure where it starts. Does it feel different than the ligaments during V-stretch?

The ligaments are all “under the skin” of your pubic area. They do not extend down the shaft at all. The cord you feel is the septum which is where the sides of the two corpora cavernosa touch. The v-stretch works on both the ligs and the tunica. It’s not a bad thing to work on both at the same time.

Ah, great. That diagram you included finally makes the ligament position clear to me. Thanks!

So, the V-stretch is applied to the tunica, but, of course, tugs on the ligaments as well, depending on position, etc.

Also, “cord” is indeed a better word that “rope” describing the septum.

How does one relax the tunica or expand the circumference of it
