Light Workout
Hello.
I’m hoping someone(s) here can give me an outline for a safe light workout.
The criteria handed down by the wife is, it belongs to her so I’m not to break it and if it does work I can’t make it too big.
I still want to experiment and see if I can get a noticeable effect.
So far I just have been messing around erratically for about a year.
I got a quick extender pro, it’s pretty uncomfortable around the head. I haven’t used it much.
I got a stealth for men with the coil. Workout aside I really like wearing it. The way the corkscrew fits is pretty comfortable as well. I don’t really know how great it works but I like the stretch feeling from wearing it.
I also have an electric pump with a rubber vagina insert. Mostly for masturbating but I cut a hole in the end to let my head out with the idea if the insert around the shaft it will pull my penis forward but I have no idea if it works that way. I do this I sometimes move it side to side like stretching. It seems to pull it out farther than it normally goes. A problem can be that I use it for too long surfing videos and it gets kind of puffy now and then.
I’m not sure any of it is working. I have a vague inclination that when I measured years ago I was at 5.5 and recently I get to almost six but I can’t recall for sure.
So, can anyone tell me if what I have been doing are things that are potentially helping? Wasting time or dangerous?
Can you recommend a workout that is very safe but could possibly get some results? I’m in no hurry and don’t really have a goal, I just want to see if I can make a difference. Or of nothing else maintain health?
