Ligs are NEVER sore
Hi friends!
Need some advice about stretching and ligs. I’ve been PE’ing since April and have recently been focusing more on stretching as I want to get more length before strengthening my tunica too much. I’ve been stretching - I’m uncut so I use the toilet paper wrap technique to make it easier to grip- but my ligs are never ever sore!
I’m not sure if being uncut makes it more difficult to grip and fully be pulling with pressure on the ligs or not?
So friends, what are the best ways to ensure I’m doing this correctly so I can feel slight soreness and fatigue in my ligs?
For an FYI, I do the straight down and to the left, right, and up stretches and also sometimes BTC. Sometimes with BTC I feel maybe the stretching feeling is the skin since it’s such a sharp angle.
