How long sore ligs before you take a day off

Hi guys. Been hangin only about 2 to 3 weeks now, and am finally feeling that sore feeling in the ligs the day after.

Sometimes, I am really sore, so much that my first set sometimes feels like my ligs are soo tired and sore, that the weight is gonna rip my middle leg right off!

My question is, how many days will you continue to hang, despite soreness, untill you take a day or 2 break from hanging?

I am probably not the one to answer this, because I had to take off the weekends off. If I had to reduce my max weight by more than half, I would usually stop. Also, I was able to recover quickly. So, after one day of complete rest, I was usually ready to go with no problems.

It really is an individual thing. Hanging while fatigued, IMO, is the time to really make progress. But it is a fine line. If there is any sensation that you can term pain, then stop and rest. The body has an amazing ability to heal, and usually rather quickly. But the more severe the damage, the longer it will take to heal. That is why I term successful PE “controlled damage”. If you really cannot judge what you are feeling, then always ere on the side of safety and caution.
