You are now just beginning and the goal with these beginner routines is to develop good safe form, as well as acclimating your cock to the new stresses of PE.

Yes, this is still in the realm of being very conservative. Stay light and as you feel comfortable you can begin to build on the routine. Once you begin to increase time, force, etc, it will be important to feel out your rest/recovery requirements. The point is that you don’t want to do more work when your cock requires recovery. This could be 24 hours or more depending on the intensity of your last workout.
There is a feedback element to PE, which requires the practitioner to make adjustments based on personal experience. So start slow to understand that feedback element, this will allow you to make focused increases in intensity.
Understanding physiological indicators through experience is a key component to that feedback loop.
Keep it slow, listen to your cock, be consistent, and add intensity per your adapted level of expertise, all of this will help you through your PE journey. Also read up here, the collective experience is a well.
Others will also provide some great advice.
Big gains to us all!
Welcome to Thunders:-)
