Started the routine about a month ago
Have few question

1. When I stretch my pines get little bit bigger should I wait after each stretch 30 sec that my dick will shrink little bit?

2. When I jelq I have hard time to keep 60% - 70% erect any tips?

Anyone?

Hey Mike, The only thing you can do is wait until it subsides. After a few weeks you will get used to it and won’t have this issue as much. If you think you are not getting enough PE time because of this… Just add a few minutes to your routine. I had to adjust my grip while jelqing to stop from rubbing my glands. I’ve been at for almost a year and still have this problem.

1. As long as your penis is soft, a little bit of ‘plumpness’ is not a problem, but it is best to have a totally flaccid penis for stretching.

2. Jelqing anywhere between 40% and 70% erect is okay. Just masturbate a little if it drops below 40%, or wait a while/do mental arithmetic/think of someone you don’t like if it gets much above 70%

Hi, I was overdoing my PE in these last weeks, I lost EQ.

I am taking a rest for a week and I will start with this Linear Newbie Rutine with 5 min warm up, 20 jelqs and 5 warm down.
