I wanted to give everyone an update on suprapubic liposuction, as I met with a plastic surgeon today and the information is still fresh in my mind. I scheduled the appointment yesterday morning when I was really down mentally, and though I’m not quite as low as I was (see my thread from two days ago), I figured I might as well go through meeting with the physician just to pick his brain.
Essentially, the doctor told me he’s performed several liposuctions in that area, but normal procedure is to perform liposuction on the abdominal area as well as the suprapubic region in men. He stated that several men had told him that their units appeared larger after the liposuction, and the doctor estimated that about half of the padding can be attributed to fat which can be removed, and that approximately another half is skin and other stuff which you can’t really do anything about. He never asks his patients about whether their units appear larger, as he figures the patients can volunteer that if they’d like.
I asked whether anyone had asked for just the suprapubic liposuction and not the abdominal liposuction, and he indicated that no one had ever approached him before for just the suprapubic region, and I got the sense that essentially the doctor is removing fat from the same place (in other words, the contiguity of the suprapubic region with the abdominal). All his patients had come to him for help with the abdominal area, as opposed to with the penis. Finally, he said that liposuction can be used for many parts of the body.
Just thought I’d update this thread. The cost is steep and I am going to stick with manual PE for now, but who knows, if I haven’t made any gains in a year or two, then what the hell.
The cost for the procedure was $3500.
