Little gains need new routine
So after having done manual stretching and jelqing and different exercises for 6 months now I have still only gained .25 in length and nothing in girth this is very disheartening.
I have one extender and a pump. After I stopped jelqing and used the extender a little that is when I finally saw that slight gain. I haven’t really used the pump at all.
I have read up on different sites about pros and cons to all day stretchers and saw this one the lil1s simple ads. If I would choose to either make or buy one of these will it only increase my length? Is there any chance I will lose girth using these things?
Being at the almost 7 month marker I think I can do a little more intense things. I would really like an inch in length on top of where I am and .5 in girth.
How has made the most gains using things either without jelqing/manual exercising or in conjunction with these things.
Here was my routine for a while there.
1. Warm up 5 min
2. Stretching 10 min
3. Jelqing 10 min
4. Cool down
When I started with my extender it was
1. Warm up 5 min
2. Extender 1 hour ( with breaks in between to massage and get blood flow back )
3. Massage for 10 min after extender just for good measure
4. Warm towel.
