Standard routine for lenght gains

Can somebody give me a decent standard routine for length gains rather than girth? Thanks

Some information will help us, if you will.

1) Current routine.
2) Gains, both length and girth.
3) How long have you been PEing for?

I have been PEing for 3 months. I did the newbie routine before. BPEL - 7’; girth - 5.5’

I love newbie routine. It gave me 1 inch in length and 0,75 in girth.

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

Good stats. :)

If I were you’d I’d just increase the amount of stretching (intensity or duration, eventually both) for another 3 months. Then consider an All Day Stretcher - if gains abruptly cut down or stop that is (they have yet to, with me).

In the mean time you could possibly investigate more advanced stretches from the PE data-base and carefully practise how they work and get to grips with them for your 6 month mark.

So you mean I should experiment a routine with lots of stretches? How about wet jelqing? How long should I jelq? And can you teach me the helicopter stretch? This is the first time I heard that kind of stretch hehe.

If I’m not wrong, the helicopter stretch is the rotation stretch :D

That is another name for it. I also heard the 360 degrees stretch.

Yes, they are safer and cheaper than hanging.

Stretch tenderly, don’t use too much tension, that might be called as tendered stretch… I don’t know.
