Little pain during Jelqs

Little pain during Jelqs

Hello everyone!

I’m a newbie and sticking with the newbie routine (I only added some V-stretches). When I do jelqs, in particular when I pump the blood up, I feel a little hurt somewhat around the urethra. Especially when number of repetitions goes towards 10 or about (I make 15 jelqs per set) and especially the more I come close to the glans. I observed no broken vessels or anything (only once a red dot but on the top side of the penis). I do think it’s just the sign that blood pressure is rising, but I don’t know if I should just ignore the pain or if I should take this as a warning of too much force (which honestly I don’t think I’m exerting)..

Anyone faced the same issue here?

I would advice you to check out the injury threads. I am a new jelqer as well and I’ve already damaged myself. As I’ve understood it, any red dots are burst capillaries and are significant depending on their size. Small dots is supposedly harmless as they can heal over-night but larger (approx. 5 mm in diameter, 0.2 inches) need rest. Again, do check out the injury threads as I’m not 100% confident in what I’m talking about.

Thanks! Will do that!

Joking, I forgot I’m a newbie and can’t post in that thread yet :)

Welcome to Thunder’s!

665, is right. You don’t need to post a new thread in that forum, you need to read. Your question has been exhaustively asked before, the answers are already there.

Search.

Good luck with your PE.

I swear I did searched there, but I must have used the wrong keywords or simply did it bad.

I’d like to take this opportunity to ask a couple of slightly unrelated questions that I haven’t seen posted any where else, I hope you don’t mind.

When jelqing, I mostly feel pressure (and pain if it do it wrong) and get red dots in the glans, nothing in the shaft. Does this really increase the size of the shaft?

I’m looking for both length and girth growth but I want to keep my glans somewhat proportional. My routine is a variation of the newbie routine where I do 100 OK-jelqs and 100 V-jelqs (squeezing the shaft on the sides with two fingers).

Pain is usually an indicator thats something is not right.

My first thought is to ask pinky and evil how far up the shaft do you go with your jelq?

You may want to try stopping 1 inch or more below the glans.

Oh I see. I try to go all the way, stopping before the glans. That must be it.

Oh, I figured I should go up to the glans too. Maybe I can stop earlier.. I need to experiment a bit. Thanks!

My 2 cents….not sure why the newbie routine doesnt explain this concept very well ….but Ill gove my opinion on grip strength.

Go 50% less than your potential total grip strength….then back off a little more…at least till you get your sea legs.

I always keep a super loose light jelq to warm up the tissues for the first 100. U will see your unit plump then add a.bit more pressure.

Its a counterintuitive notion…but allowing conditioning to evolve is part of the journey.

Goal 7.5 x 6.5

Start 4/22 6 x 5.25 BG

Current 11/22 6 x 5.5 BG 4-7/8" MG

I think the problem wasn’t much the strength but the “extension” of the jelq movement. I was just reaching the very end of the shaft and so concentrating all of the blood into the glans.
