Little Red Spots on glans near urethra from vac-hanger.

The opening is getting larger, and is red around the whole tip. What am I doing wrong? Should I tape the urethra shut, than put on the constriction sleeve? Or is it, one or the other.tape or c-sleeve?

I get the the same problem redening around the tip. I have tried wrapping the whole head in thera band, wearing the constriction sleeve but still got the same problem. I wouldn’t worry about it, I don’t. The redening goes down by my next vac - hanging session. Just experiment with wraps and see what suits you. Just try not to have too much wrap because I fount that too much constricted too much blood in the head and couldn’t hang as long and also caused more slipping due to not being able to get enough vacuum.

Red spots just shows you that your going too intense during your PE workouts. Ease up a little and you will be fine.
