Ok now I have been doing PE for some time I’m having a problem finding a condom that will fit my cock. Trojan XL does not work anymore. Can someone point me in the direction of a bigger condom.

The Magnum is a little bigger then the XL.

Try ordering Mysize condoms. They are expensive but they are the best solution I’ve found. There is a sizing calculator on their website.

Strangely enough, I spent a good 20 minutes on a number of sites, and not one confirmed one way or the other that their measurements did not include the reservoir tip. It would make sense to me not to include it. Yet I also know that manufacturers of basically any kind of product tend to include exact measurements.

So, as just one example: If 8.07 inches is the listed length for Magnum (regular), what is its true length?

The measurements include the reservoir. Subtract about 1/4 inch for usable length. The problem is if the condom is too narrow that reservoir flattens out and is useless.
