I’ve just recently joined this website. I’ve spent alot of time reading all types of threads, and have decided to start with the newbie routine. My goal is to get an extra .5” in length and .5” in girth. I’ve started dating this girl who used to go out with my best friend, and I found out that he’s a half inch longer then me (she said he was longer, and then I asked him how big it was lol), soo that might be a reason to why I joined ;p. It seems like alot of people get these gains within the first three months, using only the outlined newbie routine.

My only concern is, with these gains, and potentially longer ones in the future, are there any “long term” effects of these exercises? I mean if you do gain an inch in the coming year, what happens 5-10 years down the line. Does your body just adapt to having a bigger penis? Not sure if this is a stupid question, but thought I’d ask anyway.

This is really individual, but some people keep all of their gain, while others lose approximately half of them. It is recommended to stay on a maintenance routine for that reason. If you can picture a bodybuilder who is ripped, then just stops working out, of course he will lose a lot of his muscles, but if he just cuts down on his workout, he will maintain quite a bit of his muscle mass. I would say that PE is a life-long process, and that you have to be disciplined to doing things consistantly. It is only natural to lose some of your gains if you do nothing for long periods of time, whether you lift weights or stretch your dick.

I have been at this for six moths and have just begun to see results.

I have gained approximately 3/4” in length since december and while I haven`t kept tabs on girth, I experience substantial swelling while clamping and that is bound to contribute to girth over time.

The length gains I`ve found realy encourage me to meeting my goal of 8x6, whether it takes me two years or five, and I know I will always be doing something to PE.
