Looking for Improved EQ Only - Harder, Longer Lasting Erections

Brief story. Found out about PE and this forum back in 2004, I was 16 at the time.
I used jelqing, ADS device (all day stretching device) and pumping go from 5.25 x 4.5 to 6.5 x 5.5. That happened over the course of a year or two.
Haven’t done any PE since I was 19, and I’m 32 now.
Flash forward to today: Even though I’m not huge, I’m a healthy size and I just wanna focus on EQ (erection quality) ONLY.
I want to be able to obtain a rock-hard erections easily, and keep it steady for up to an hour if need be.
As of right now, I can only stay hard for about 20 minutes. But unfortunately, like clockwork, after about 20 minutes, I lose my erection. Sometimes I only get 15 minutes if I’ve fucked previously that day.
What would you guys recommend for EQ only? (Getting hard and staying hard)
Jelqing? Pumping? Something else?
I have been doing 10 minutes of kegels 5x/week for about 3 weeks now, and haven’t noticed any improvement as of yet.

P.S. I’m a health nut and have extremely clean diet, gym 4x a week, blood work is immaculate and testosterone levels are well above average.
