Looking for insight in correcting Peyronie with extender

So I read up that one of the most effective way to correct Peyronie without surgery is through using an extender. The extender I’ve got is QEP, but for the purpose of this question I am pretty sure it applies to extenders in general.

When adjusting my extender to correct my shaft so it becomes straight, do I have to use the extender as normal my extender (QEP) states? Or would it be better off unscrewing the base mount 4-5 turns on the side the dick is curving towards to lengthen that side more? Would there be an adverse effect in doing the latter?

I had a small curve. Its now gone with hanging.

I am a bit hesitant on the thought of hanging at the moment, but will keep it in mind. Appreciate the input.

Go to totalman get the 3.0 hanger.

Its super comfy. Start around 3 lbs.

Its not that scary.

Only thing I can find is something called Malehanger 3.0, there’s nothing 3.0 on the TMC website. But back on topic, think I’ll go and unscrew the base on one side 4-5 times in the mean time for a couple weeks and see how it goes.

I use the QEP too… I think if you just wear it as normal/recommended, then you should straighten out in time. After all, that’s what they were originally designed for.


Start: BPEL 6.7" MSEG 4.8"

Now: BPEL 8.6" MSEG 5.7"

Goal: BPEL 9.0" MSEG 6.0"

@XL thanks bud, I’ll look into it

@SD85 yeah think I’ll have to, noticed after that post that the springs don’t aren’t uncompressing properly with it being not leveled, also the tug was especially rough being with much of the force on one side. Luckily though my case isn’t minor, it isn’t too severe so here’s to hoping. On that note, I’ll likely whip out a protractor and note down the slant while charting my progress, should provide good case study.

Ive made 2 of my own hangers and tried the bib hanger.

This one from totalman is really a great design.

I use it over a girth band from LG hanger and its great.

The girth band has a ridge at each end that locks in the hanger.

The wrap is the hardest part of hanging and the most dangerous imo.

This way eliminates a very large variation.
