Hi,I have been PEing with newbie routine since march but stopped around July.I started PEing again early of august till now.my EL is 5.5 and EG 4.9.here`s my routine:
5 min warm up
10 min stretching(up,down,straight,left,right, each direction 30 s,4 sets)
10 min jelqing
5 min warm down

Short term goal is 5.75 EL n 5 EG.any advice or suggestion,friend?

You don’t say whether this routine has given you any gains from the last routine you posted. And the replies and help you were given then. So it is rather difficult to asses whether a change will have any effect. It would help us to help you,if you give us some more inmformation on what you have done and what you are now doing andwhat gains have been made.

Sorry,forgot to mention I PE on weekdays n rest on weekends.I gains about 0.5cm in length,no gains on girth,but better EQ.my flaccid size also increased a bit during my last routine.I still haven`t noticed any gains since I started PE-ing again this august until now.I measured once in a month and doing bedfowfers every night when I sleep.is it ok?
