Looking for some advice
Hi,I have been PEing with newbie routine since march but stopped around July.I started PEing again early of august till now.my EL is 5.5 and EG 4.9.here`s my routine:
5 min warm up
10 min stretching(up,down,straight,left,right, each direction 30 s,4 sets)
10 min jelqing
5 min warm down
Short term goal is 5.75 EL n 5 EG.any advice or suggestion,friend?
