Looking for some direction here
Hi all!
I am new to PE. I discovered this website at the beginning of this year, and have consequently spent a lot of time here lurking. I have read a lot of the advice and information presented, and it all seems a little overwhelming to someone who is just starting out. What I am looking for is a little guidance, or a swift kick in the pants in the right direction!
I have tried jelqing and stretching now for two months. I have no measurable gains to report because I failed to take measurements when I started jelqing. All I know is I feel thicker and maybe a little longer.
What I am looking for is help on length. I am 5.75 length by 5.5 girth. The length is non bone-pressed. I just ran across the thread on LOT, but I have yet to determine my LOT number. Hard to do while at work.
Basically from what I gather, using the LOT theory as a guideline, if I have a high LOT number, then I can gain a lot of length over time from stretching the ligs down. On the other hand, if I have a low LOT number, then my best bet for length gains is stretching the tunica. Does this sound like a good summation? Knowing which way to go will be key in determining my routine.
Currently, I am warming up for about two minutes with a hot towel wrap. Then I stretch down and straight out for a couple of minutes. Then I wet jelq for about 20 minutes or so. Not really a set time. If I have the time and I feel like it, I will go longer. I usually finish with some more light stretches for a couple of minutes. I will apply a warm towel wrap for two minutes, then apply a heating pad for 15 minutes to an hour.
Just recently I purchased a cheap pump. I am still not sure if this is something that I want to work into my routine or not.
Its great to find a place like this where all this information and support is available.
