Looking for the perfect jelq technique
Hi everyone,
I had PE for 8 months in 2016. Initially my gains were pretty good, in the first month i gained more than 0.5 inches BPEL and like 0.1 MEG.
Than, i gained other 0.125 BPEL and stop. No girth gains.
Also, by the start of my adventure i had to decrease the number of jelq because i felt like i was always in overtraining (by 100-120 to 60-80 wet jelq)
Girth was the only thing i wanted to, so i started becoming pretty nervous and obsessed with my size and gains.
I decided to take a 2-3 months decondition break with the idea to start with a girth based routine (ULI,bends,sadsak) but i found a girl (that became my girlfirend) and she liked my penis a lot so i’ve not restarted to PE until a week ago (we broke up).
I started with the “less is more” thought, so my routine is something like:
-7-8’ warm-up
-5’ stretching in all directions
-50 wet jelq (4 sec. each)
-30-35 kegel (4-5 sec. each)
-10’ edging
-7-8’ warm-down
I use to do a 2 ON / 1 OFF.
My main problem is to understanding how to jelq properly.
I’m trying to find my way to do it but everytime it feels like i’ve not engorged my penis so much to achieve gains.
When i finish, my flaccid returns exactly how it was before the routine, not that heavy thing a lot of people seems to have after the workout.
I’m trying to understand the grip also: i understand that when i have a 75-85% EQ i feel more confortable sitting down with the classic OK grip , there i see my glans bloat and become more violaceous but i don’t feel the expansion in the shaft maybe ‘cause it is too tight.
Instead, using an overhand grip with less EQ (40-60%) i feel my blood flow in the shaft but not in the glans as much.
Can you describe your jelqing technique? Every detail of it? How much of your gain (expecially in girth) do you attribute to them?
Are you a low erection or high erection “fan”? How strong is your grip (light,medium,hard)?
English isn’t my Language so i’m sorry for that. Anyway, i think jelqing is the most important PE tecnhnique, so i hope we can have a lot of point of views here. ;)
