If you are new to PE I would recommend beginning with the newbie routine . This will help you acclimate and get a feel for PE.

I have used both water systems and air systems for pumping. I personally prefer the air systems because I find them to be more convenient as they don’t require water to use. Also, air systems typically come with a pressure gauge, which I would also recommend. Pressure gauges allow you to more accurately control the amount of vacuum that you are applying throughout your sets, this is good for both safety and edema control.

If you are going for predominately length and must move onto gadgets, then I might recommend looking into an extender.

Others will add as well as even maybe offer some counter thoughts to my above recommendations.

Welcome to the site.

Give manual stretches for 1 month a shot before you go spend money on gear. We have all spent money on gear, and 9/10 make their way back to manual exercises to gain for a long time before they “have to” add in gadgets to augment their routine.

Research:
Suspensory Ligament
Rice Sock
OK Grip
Between The Cheeks Stretch
Firegoat Rolls

If you just do 10x30second sets of BTC manual stretches, 6 days a week, with just enough force to start feeling the suspensory ligament strain, in a month you will notice a difference in flaccid hang, and as a newbie maybe even +1/16” erect length gains. That is, if you are faithful to the work.

I dont think hydroxtreme9 or any other water pump will help you get length by itself.

I will follow the suggestion of oxford and will try manual stretches.. I need to do All the exercises ? Or I can stick to one exercise

It is good to stretch to all directions, you will target different tissue by this approach.

BTC stretch and down stretches target mainly ligaments.

Rice sock is one way how to heat your penis, I use infra-red lamp so I can heat my penis the whole time, even while jelqing and stretching.

OK grip is also just one of the way how to grip your penis for stretching. For example I hold my penis between index and middle finger for most stretches. For some stretches I use OK grip.

And firegoat rolls should prevent your penis skin gets darker from all those workouts.

And I think it is good to combine stretching with jelqing, even when you want mostly length. Try to look to some newbie routines, and make your own. Have more stretching than jelqing and you should be fine.

Who much exercises of jelq and stretching you are recommend do to ? The exercises I do in erect or be flaccid ?

I have read for and against the shotgun approach to PE. Targeting one thing at a time has yielded more results for me.
It’s been said that newbie gains are more than likely from ligament stretches. BTC is the mac daddy lig stretch.
Rice sock is simple, cheap, and a classic tool. I am trying to route the idea that you have to buy technology to make PE work.
Grip, eh, try a few OK works for me, and V grip doesn’t.
Firegoat rolls are just a good idea.
Jelqing requires more commitment. The routine I suggest is more a test drive than a new car purchase.
