Hi everyone. Been lurking and researching on and off again for a while, finally decided to register. Currently I’m about 5 3/4 x 5 1/8 and setting a goal of 7 x 5 3/4. From what I’ve read so far that should be pretty easy to attain over time, right? I’ve started with just kegels, and soon will be starting on the newbie routine. Going into this cautiously as I do with all forms of working out, as I’ve over trained from running before so I know how much of a pain in the ass it is and I don’t want to risk damaging what is arguably my most treasured component haha.
