My first post

Hey guys, I just joined and figured I should say hello. Naturally I won’t be posting much because I’ll be too busy learning from the numerous posts already on the site. I had tried PE before and gained about 0.5 inches in length within a short while without much dedication or knowledge so I couldn’t be happier to have joined a site with truly experienced PEer’s I can learn from.

I am new here too. I am from Germany, 26 years old and I am just about to change my life completely (finish university, loose some weight, new girlfriend;) ).
I’ve been reading about PE here on this board for about 5 years now but I never started and finished it completely (though I’ve never had problems with my veins or valves).
So now it’s the time, I want to do it.

I just measured and I have

11/16/2009
BPEL: 5,5 inch
MSEG: 4,75 inch

The best result for me would be 7 inch length and 6 inch girth.

I will try to do some Kegel, stretching and jelqing.
So how much time will I have to invest to see my dick growing?:D
I hope not more than 2 years!;)

Completely new to PE and site

I am completely dissatisfied with my size. Even though my wife is happy with me and our sexual pleasure is definitely high but I feel she’d be happier with a little improvement, some kaizen is always helpful! I have no problems with endurance with good control and the quality of my erections are great but my biggest challenges are length first and second girth. I’ve seen all sorts of different PE but I don’t know which one is the best for my goal of maximizing length increase while boosting girth. Any advice on two to three excercises (there are so many out there I just want to do the top 3) that is easy to do, quick and I can do for a long time without injury? I plan on dedicating 30mins to an hour a day. I want to real results maybe an 1 to 1.5 inch gain in length in a month is that realistic? I’ve seen some “hanging” devices but I’ll be honest with you all it freaks me out and I question how discreet and comfortable they are. Do you guys recomend traction wrapping after workout? I just started like three months ago, and am now starting to get serious about it! Is it necesary to traction wrap, does it make it better? This is my first post , so I am losing my virginity!

Some had good gains with it. A correct wrapping requires some time to learn, first times don’t go for more than 20-30 minutes without monitoring your penis.

Hello, I am rather new to his. I have been looking around the forum the last few days and have decided I am going to start the newbie routine. Not really sure what to say besides I have made my measurements and I am not too happy with them. Anyway here are my stats and I will try to read up and post as often as I can.

Hey everyone, time to lose my posting virginity.

Been over the web and found Thunder’s, what got my attention was a site with a really good forum.
But I didn’t become a member until when I saw that registration was soon closing.

So here I am, going to start with the newbie routine soon (so much to do with school, have to fit in reading enough about PE before beginning)

I am here to gain as much as possible, haven’t set my goals yet, but any growth will make me very happy and boost my confidence.
