I have been trying an extender some time ago, but it didn’t do much for me.
Maybe because I didn’t have enough time to put in it.

Now I have been trying the newbie routine since may, and sticking to it like clockwork.
Hope to get some small results by the end of this year.
I have already achieved better EQ, and that’s something.

Newbie Fresh Start

Hello everybody,I been off and on with the newbie routine for a year now.My short term goal as of right now is 6.5 ENBP & 5 EG & 5.5 FL.My current stats are 6nbp & 4.5EG & 4.5 FL.

This my routine
Stretching- 10min
Jelqing- 200 strokes
Fowfer- 2 sets of 30min
Kegels- 25reps (5sec Holds)

Ps.Wish me luck guys

PE Routine query.

Hi Guys, I am doing the PE Routine, as described on this website. Just wanted to know that can we skip the stretching exercises and just concentrate on jelqing exercises & kegels only (due to time constraint). Will that help me to increase the penis girth (more important) & length.

Hey guys, I’ve been doing PE for a while now, wasn’t exactly focused on it, but I am not happy with my size to be perfectly honest. I have made some gains.

I am 6” long.
And around 4.8 in girth.

Could someone link me to some good threads which tells me how I know I had a good workout?
