Lurking for quite sometime, coming out of the shadows
Hi All,
I started lurking about 6-7 months ago. I tried the newbie routine and got over zealous (Read: got sore and tender) with it after about five weeks. Gained about .375-.5” in length in that five weeks. Girlfriend Loved it! Now after a 5 month hiatus I started the newbie routine again. I’ve kept up with kegels and light stretching in the shower, just no real workout. I, to my surprise, didn’t lose any of those gains. I started Saturday, 5/12/13. Feels good to be back. I’m following the newbie routine to the “T”. I learned my lesson, trust me. Please, if your new to PE, take it slow. So, 2 on 1 off, from now till 8/12/13 for me then I’ll carefully add some zealousness! I took the advice of others. And, I’m keeping a detailed log of what I do, for how long and what time of day I PE.
I realized I didn’t want to hide in the shadows anymore. I’m grateful to those of you who have been forthright and honest, picture proof and detailed routines that did and didn’t work. I want to name, names, but won’t. You know who you are. I Thank You.
