New poster

New poster, I’ve been a member for about a week now and am ready to start gaining.
My starting stats
BPEL: 5.75, MEG: 4.75
My retirement goal
BPEL: 7.5, MEG: 5.75
Like many I have been extremely skeptical of these programs. I’ve been reading about it for a few months now and then I found this site 2 weeks ago and decided to try it. I am currently in the newbie program with emphasis on stretches. (I do a mini stretch several times during the day) and the full 15 minute workout 1 time per day.
Immediate effects: longer FL, newbie gains in BPEL, a huge boost in confidence (strangely enough), less urge or tendency to masturbate.
I am going to continue with this for at least 3 months and see if I can’t reach a mid goal of BPEL: 6.5 and MEG: 5.25. With week one complete, I am happy to report a surprisingly quick gain of 6.00 BPEL about .25 in gain! I am not sure if this is due to randomness from measurement, but none the less it is exciting! I have no gains in my other measurement. Yet.
