I think two years is ample time. It all depends on what growth strategy works for you and how quickly you find it. If you start with the Newbie routine and follow the principle of modifying your routine if you see no gains within a month or two and not modifying your routine if it’s showing good gains, then hopefully you’ll get there. Always try the less is more approach first, then if it doesn’t work try more is more.

Thank for the encouragement. I’m sure many newbies start out very enthusiastically and many don’t stick with the program long enough to see results. I’ve read through the beginner section of the book “Penis Exercises: A Healthy Book for Enlargement, Enhancement, Hardness, & Health” and I will also check out the resources such as videos and tips from this forum. :-)

I’ve not read the book but previous experience with this kind of book suggests that you should be careful of it’s contents. Often a single point of view, even when well research, can supply information that is wide of the mark. Forums are a way messier solution but over the years, the solutions that work tend to filter through to consensus opinion.

I’m currently using the newbie routine modified slightly.

AM:

Five minutes heating pad
10 stretches 30 seconds each
Five minutes heating pad

PM:

Five minutes heating pad
100 to 150 3 second jelqs
Five minutes heating pad
100 kegels held 3 seconds.. Those are difficult to hold for me.

I don’t know how much pressure to use jelqing so I use just slightly less pressure than is required to feel discomfort. Perhaps I should use more?
I also don’t know how much strength I should put into stretching. Currently, I get slight red spots on the tip of my head. I feel most of my discomfort on my skin but very little elsewhere.

Hello all, long time lurker here. I am getting back into the swing of things hopefully. I actually found you guys a loong time ago just never posted until recently. I used to have a pretty decent routine but have been slacking for the past several months. I gotta get back to it to reach my goals. 8x 6 or 6.5 would be real nice.

Also I have been a long time evangelist of you guys. On reddit I like to remind people that effective positive change is available and there is an awesome community waiting to support you(them). Anyway keep up the good work yall.

My main problem is getting some time to myself without the wife gettin all up in my business.

I believe you’re doing (way) too many kegels. Do them one day on one day off as a start.

You should just feel blood moving, no discomfort. If at the end of the session you have a big plump flaccid it is a good sign your work out was a success.
Have a look at marinera’s tips on stretching. You shouldn’t get red spots on the glans. Try to grip lower on the shaft.

Thank you, Walter. I’ll ammend my routine to include your suggestions. I have read Marinera’s tips twice now. I’ll make it three just so I can refresh.

Finally starting

Hi, my name is Pedro, and I’m from Brasil.

I found this blog last year and have also bought a book about penis enlargement, but just now I’m about to start(because of laziness).

My current size is 12cm erect. It’d awesome if I could get to 20cm but, being more realistic, 16 is fine XD

Also hoping to solve a weird ed I’ve got, probably over-fapping.

I’ve restarted my PE efforts after several years - began to work with an extender + jelqing around 2007 but did not keep it up for long. I’ve restarted at 15.4 cm NBPEL and 11.7 cm EG but found measuring the erect length hard / useless because of rather unstable hardness when trying to measure. Therefore I switched to BPFSL measurement, where I intend to go to 19 cm and stop when 18.5 cm NBPEL with 14.5+ cm EG and good erectile qualities have solidified.
For my routine I’ve reactivated my extender, modified it a bit, so it is more comfortable to wear for 9h every day. I’m adding 0.5 cm to the device’s length every week so my penis gets more “pulling force”. I also like jelqing - but doing it only a few times every other day as the skin behind the (circumcised) head of my penis VERY easily gets red dots (like love bites) even at less than 50% erection. I get the feeling that manual PE workout + light jelqing regime is a good thing for me. I’m also doing 300 kegels ~5s each every day.
What else to say, I’m 37 years old.

Thank you all for this great forum! I strongly dislike posting on forums myself (only do it when I have to) - but having a good read on things that matter - in this case PE - is definitely a great thing!


(Re-)Started: 15.4 cm NBPEL / 11.7 cm EG (1st Dec. 2014), switched to BPFSL measurement 2015:

15th Jan 2015: 17.0cm BPFSL x 12.1cm EG; 25th Feb 2015: 18.5cm BPFSL x 12.5cm EG

Goal: 18.5 x 14.5 cm NBPEL

I’ve been reading a lot about PE and I’m very interested in it. I’ve been with a decent amount of women and I’ve never had any complaints about my size (Even some compliments) but I’m curious to see if I can make it bigger. Also, better quality erections is never a bad thing!

I’ve measured my current size at 6.5” length 4.7” girth although I wasn’t feeling at 100% maximum. I’d like to see if I can at least get to 7” long and over 5” in girth.

I do have a bathmate that I ordered prior to finding this site and it’s pretty cool, although I’ve heard this may not be the best thing to use right away? I’ve probably used it 10 times in total and I like how thick my flaccid looks when it comes out but I’ve noticed it goes away fairly quick.

How do you balance PE with an active sex life? Basically I spend the weekends with my girlfriend so from late Thursday night to Monday morning I’m having large amounts of sex and would most likely not have time for PE. Would having sex tire my penis out and make it so I can’t do as much PE during the week?

Any other advice you guys have on getting started is appreciated.

Hoping to learn a lot from this forum and grow a bigger, healthier penis!

Also I did take some pictures doing my best to show length and girth, I’m not sure where it’s appropriate to post them.
